Comprehensive Contact Data Entry

I have several CSV and Excel files that contain customer contact information, and I need every available detail copied into one well-structured spreadsheet. The source files already hold names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and any other fields that might appear, so I’d like the final sheet to reflect the complete data set—not just a subset.

Here’s what matters to me:
• Absolute accuracy when transferring each record
• Consistent formatting for emails, phone numbers, and addresses
• Removal of duplicates while preserving unique contacts
• Delivery of a tidy, filter-friendly spreadsheet in either Excel or Google Sheets (whichever you prefer)

If you use data-cleaning features in Excel or tools such as Power Query, even better; the goal is to hand me a file that I can plug directly into our CRM without further edits.
