2. Android & iOS Applications
- Fully functional mobile applications with a consistent experience across the website and both platforms.
- Listing management, search, location services, chat, favorites, and push notifications.
- Efficient performance, responsive interfaces, and support for publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

3. Backend & Admin Dashboard
- Well-structured, secure, and maintainable backend with reliable APIs and database design.
- Authentication, authorization, user management, listing workflows, messaging, notifications, and image/file storage.
- Comprehensive admin dashboard for managing users, listings, categories, reports, moderation, platform settings, and analytics.
- Validation, error handling, access controls, database backups, and appropriate security measures.

4. Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
- Cloud/server configuration, domain and SSL setup, production deployment, and environment management.
- CI/CD, version control, logging, monitoring, backup and recovery, and performance optimization.
- Scalable infrastructure with efficient resource utilization and reliable application availability.

5. Technical Expectations
- Strong expertise in frontend, backend, databases, APIs, mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
- Native or cross-platform mobile development and a suitable modern technology stack.
- A hybrid-language architecture is acceptable where appropriate, provided integrations remain reliable and the system is maintainable.
- Complete testing, bug fixing, documentation, source-code ownership, and deployment handover.
