I need help breathing new life into an existing product that is suffering on three fronts: it loads slowly, the interface feels clunky, and several core features occasionally break or behave unpredictably. My main objective is to improve—not rebuild—the current solution, so I want a developer who can dive into the codebase, spot the root causes, and roll out solid fixes without disrupting day-to-day use.
The work centres on:
• Performance: shorten load times and remove any bottlenecks.
• User interface: polish layouts, resolve visual glitches, and ensure consistent styling and behaviour across screens.
• Functionality: track down logic errors, eliminate crashes, and make sure every advertised feature works reliably.
I’ll supply repository access, staging credentials, and a ticket list outlining the most obvious problems. Please tell me how you plan to diagnose the issues, what tools or profiling methods you typically use, and how you validate that each fix sticks (e.g., automated tests, performance benchmarks, UX walkthroughs).
Deliverables accepted once:
• All logged bugs are resolved and merged to main.
• Measurable performance gains are demonstrated (before/after metrics).
• The refreshed UI passes a quick usability review on desktop and mobile.
If you excel in systematic debugging, UI refinement, and performance tuning, I look forward to seeing your approach.
