Comprehensive BOQ for Hotel Construction in Kandy Sri Lanka

I am preparing to begin a new commercial building project in Kandy, Sri Lanka and need a qualified Quantity Surveyor to turn my complete drawing set—architectural, structural, and service—into a full Bill of Quantities that covers every material and labour item.

Scope
• Translate the full drawing package into a detailed, trade-wise BOQ.
• Capture all labour requirements alongside material take-offs, allowing my team to forecast true project cost.
• Apply current Sri Lankan market rates and reference SLS standards where relevant, so the figures are locally realistic.
• Present the result in an editable Excel workbook (separate sheets per trade, summary page, and rate analysis columns).

Acceptance criteria
• All work sections in SLS 573 or equivalent reflected.
• No missing items when cross-checked against drawings and typical commercial-build preliminaries.
• Clear measurement notes or assumptions stated in a separate tab.
• File delivered error-free within the agreed timeline.
