I have a car park that must allow controlled entry and exit for cars, motorcycles, and trucks. The main goal is access management, not simply traffic flow or high-security lockdown, so the design has to prioritise smooth user experience while still preventing unauthorised use.

Here is what I need from you:

• A clear, scaled layout showing optimal positioning of the entry and exit lanes, barrier arms, island kiosks, and safety zones.
• Full integration notes for an automated ticketing system, including where ticket dispensers, readers, and loop detectors should sit so every vehicle type—from a motorcycle to a semi-trailer—can collect or validate a ticket without awkward reach.
• Equipment specifications (height, boom length, operating angles, power requirements) suitable for mixed-vehicle clearance and compliant with typical regional standards.
• Cable-tray or conduit routing suggestions so the automated gear is protected yet serviceable.
• A brief operational flow diagram illustrating how a driver approaches, takes a ticket, the barrier lifts, and exits.
• Future-ready recommendations—space allocation and wiring stubs—so we can later add licence plate recognition or remote-control access without ripping up concrete.

PDF or DWG format is fine; layer your drawings logically so my contractor can isolate civils, power, and low-voltage runs. A quick legend and a bill of materials will complete the package.
