Comprehensive Android App Enhancement

My production-ready Android app needs a full round of polishing and expansion. Here is what I’m aiming to accomplish in this cycle:

• UI/UX refresh: a complete interface redesign that feels modern and consistent with Material You guidelines, smoother in–app navigation flows, plus an updated colour palette and typography set.

• Stability and performance: squash every functionality glitch that users have reported, eliminate the occasional crash or freeze, and tighten any code paths causing sluggish load times or memory spikes.

• New feature work: I have a short backlog of enhancements (think small utility widgets and one entirely new screen) that I’ll share during kickoff. They are independent modules, so you can tackle them in parallel with the refinements above.

The current codebase is in Kotlin, maintained in Android Studio with Git. Once we agree on the scope, I’ll provide the repository, crash logs from Firebase, and Figma mocks for the new UI. Your deliverable is an updated, well-commented project that builds cleanly, passes existing unit tests, and is ready for a Play Store release.
