Poisonous Snake"
(Intro - Melody)
Verse I
I called you my beloved, opened my heart to you,
But every single time, you left me wounded and blue.
My eyes stared at the road, watching for you each night,
Tell me, what was my sin, why treat me with such spite?
What was my sin, why did you do this to me, my flower?
Chorus
You never became my flower, you became a snake to me!
Quietly slithering, you crawled into my life, you see.
You came just like a snake, turning my world to poison,
You crushed all my youth, every dream and horizon...
You poisoned my entire world, you became a snake to me!
Verse II
I grew attached to you, but you became my cage,
The breath cut short inside me at my darkest stage.
You deeply implanted your deceitful love in my heart,
In the end, you poisoned my life and tore it apart.
(Outro - Melody fades out)
I called you my beloved... You left me wounded and blue...
You poisoned it all... you became a snake to me.
