Looking for an engineer to help with certified stormwater plan for the rear extension of my residential property in New South Wales for CDC approval.
Rear extension
Gravity drainage, no OSD required
Inner West Council (old Marrickville council area)
I have attached a sketch of my approximate idea (DWG provided) in particular showing preferred downpipe downpipe locations
I can also provide the full the architectural plans (PDF only)
Deliverables:
• Stormwater plan
• Certificate signed by someone with relevant civil engineering or hydraulic qualifications confirming compliance with relevant regulations e.g.
AS3500.3:2025 Plumbing and Drainage, Part 3: Stormwater Drainage
BCA NCC 2022, Volume Two Amendment 1
