The initial requirement involves producing a single T3-level CAD design, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration on multiple projects in the future. Deliverables must include:
* An initial/failed CAD design
* Engineering analysis demonstrating the limitations of the initial design
* A revised CAD design with detailed changes and updated simulation results
* Engineering change logs explaining decisions, constraints, and trade-offs involved in the design iterations
* All relevant documentation such as dimensions, material details, load requirements, boundary conditions, and assumptions used in modeling.
Future work will involve handling milestones for individual designs as part of larger projects.
### Skills and Software Requirements:
* Expertise in SolidWorks CAD and Simulation tools is mandatory.
* Extensive experience handling T3-level engineering tasks such as inverter housings, turbochargers, battery enclosures, and similar multi-domain mechanical components.
