Complete WAMP & PHP Environment Setup

I need a clean, working WAMP stack on my Windows machine so I can preview an existing PHP site locally. I have the full set of site files, but the database still needs to be created and connected. Because nothing has been installed yet, I am looking for help from the ground up—installing WAMP, adjusting Apache / MySQL / PHP settings, creating the database, importing any required sample data, and confirming that the site loads without errors.

You will be walking me through the process (screenshare or similar) and handling the configuration details yourself so I can replicate them later if needed. A U.S.-based freelancer is strongly preferred for easier scheduling and real-time communication.

Deliverables:
• WAMP installed and verified on my PC
• PHP version matched to the site’s requirements
• Virtual host or alias configured so the site runs from http://localhost
• New MySQL database created and linked to the code (config files updated)
• Final test demonstrating pages, forms, and basic queries working as expected
