Complete Steel Cattle Shed Drawings

I’m starting with a blank slate on a 60 m × 50 m × 15 m steel portal-frame cattle shed and need the full structural and fabrication drawing package produced from scratch, following standard design specifications.

You’ll take the concept all the way from initial sizing through to shop-ready documents. That means creating the structural model, optimising member sizes, detailing the connections and then translating everything into clear fabrication drawings and material schedules. I expect PDF sets for review plus editable DWG (or equivalent) files, and a concise calculation report that backs up the design assumptions.

Experience with tools such as Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro or SAP2000 will be useful—use whatever combination you prefer, as long as the output is accurate and easy for fabricators to follow.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• General arrangement plans, elevations and sections
• Member schedule with sizes, grades and lengths
• Connection details clearly called out and referenced
• Fabrication/shop drawings for every steel element, including plate work
• Bolt and weld lists, cutting lists and a consolidated bill of materials
• Structural design calculations in PDF
