I have an almost-finished conveyor model in SolidWorks that will sit in an inline check-weigher line. Your task is to take the current assembly, add the remaining JLCMC components—specifically the sensors and the support structures—and create the few custom parts still missing. I already have the exact sensor and frame specifications and will pass those on as soon as we start, so you can drop them in without guesswork.
The job is mostly integration and clean-up: align all mates, verify clearances around the load cells, size the custom brackets, and make sure the belt path is collision-free. A short part-count BOM would be helpful for my purchasing team, but the real priority is a rock-solid, fully-constrained SolidWorks assembly that’s ready for production drawings.
Deliverables
• Final, error-free SolidWorks assembly (.sldasm) with all linked part files
• Any new custom part models (.sldprt) and their 2D drawings
• Updated BOM referencing the JLCMC catalog numbers for the added sensors and supports
When everything opens cleanly on my side and the mates rebuild without errors, we’re done.
