We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or team to complete and launch our existing social media management platform, SocioVik.
Our website: https://sociovik.com
Feature and usability reference: https://www.socialpilot.co
Our platform has been developed using Bolt.new, and a technical audit is available. The selected freelancer must review the existing code, fix issues, complete unfinished integrations, and deliver a secure, fully functional platform.
Our six major requirements are:
1. Publishing and Scheduling
Connect and manage multiple social accounts across supported platforms.
Create posts with platform-specific captions, hashtags, images, and videos.
Publish immediately, schedule posts, save drafts, and manage publishing queues.
Provide a visual content calendar with editing and rescheduling.
Support bulk scheduling, recurring posts, and multi-image/carousel publishing where available.
Handle timezones, token refresh, failed posts, retries, and duplicate prevention.
Integrate existing AI content creation and media-library workflows with publishing.
Ensure scheduled posts publish automatically while users are offline.
2. Analytics and Reporting
Replace demo/synthetic figures with real platform data.
Display account growth, reach, impressions, engagement, and content performance where supported.
Filter results by platform, account, date range, and campaign.
Provide individual-client and consolidated workspace reports.
Generate downloadable PDF/CSV reports and scheduled email reports.
Include branded reports, last-sync information, and clear unavailable-data states.
3. Review Generation
Manage customers through manual entry and CSV imports.
Create and automate review-request campaigns through email, SMS, and WhatsApp using agreed providers.
Provide customizable templates, reminders, and review-request landing pages.
Track delivery, responses, and campaign performance.
Prevent duplicate requests and support consent and opt-out management.
Connect supported review platforms for monitoring and responding to reviews.
Support AI-assisted review responses with user approval.
4. Engagement
Build a functional unified inbox for supported comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.
Synchronize real conversations using platform APIs and webhooks.
Allow users to reply directly from SocioVik where supported.
Include conversation assignments, labels, filters, unread status, and notifications.
Provide saved replies, contextual AI reply suggestions, and sentiment detection.
Remove hardcoded/demo conversations from production.
5. Collaboration
Support multiple workspaces, clients, projects, and team members.
Enforce role-based permissions on the backend.
Provide content approval workflows with approve, reject, and request-changes options.
Complete the client approval portal with secure shareable links.
Include comments, task assignments, deadlines, activity logs, and content version history.
Ensure only authorized and approved content can be published.
Keep each workspace’s accounts, content, and data securely isolated.
6. White Label
Allow agency workspaces to configure their own logo, colours, and brand identity.
Provide branded client portals and custom-domain/subdomain support.
Support branded reports, approval pages, and email notifications.
Allow agency-facing experiences to remove SocioVik branding according to the selected plan.
Provide admin controls for white-label access and subscription limits.
Implement secure domain verification, SSL configuration, and tenant routing.
Technical Completion Requirements
The existing stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Fal.ai, n8n, Razorpay, and Netlify. Confirm the actual implementation during your initial review.
Alongside the six modules, complete the necessary authentication, payment, subscription, AI-credit, media-storage, security, responsiveness, and performance fixes identified in the audit.
All features must use working backend integrations and real data. SocialPilot is our functional reference; SocioVik must retain its own branding and design.
Platform Coverage
Review the existing integrations for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Identify any additional integration required for review management.
Provide a platform-by-platform list of supported publishing, analytics, inbox, and review capabilities. Clearly explain API restrictions, account requirements, approval dependencies, and recurring costs before finalizing the scope.
Expected Deliverables
Verified audit and agreed implementation checklist.
Six completed modules with working integrations.
Responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
Tested authentication, workspace permissions, billing, and publishing workflows.
Staging environment and production deployment.
Source code, database migrations, and automation workflows in our accounts.
Setup documentation, admin walkthrough, and deployment/rollback instructions.
At least 30 days of bug-fix support after launch.
Completion will be assessed through demonstrated workflows, real published posts, real analytics, working delivery/inbox integrations, client approvals, and a functioning branded agency workspace.
Please Include in Your Proposal
Relevant SaaS projects and social API integration experience.
Your approach to completing the existing application.
A fixed-price quotation broken down by the six modules.
Milestones, delivery timeline, and external approval dependencies.
Third-party API, hosting, messaging, and subscription costs listed separately.
Assumptions, exclusions, and post-launch support terms.
All code, accounts, infrastructure, and credentials must remain under our ownership. Payments will be linked to tested and accepted milestones.
