I need help turning an early concept for a commercial building in Temple, Texas into a full presentation package that meets the Temple Texas Development Code. My sketches cover the basics, but I still rely on your design expertise to finish out the details and make everything code-compliant.
Scope
• Scaled site plan – drafted in CAD or similar software, showing building footprint, setbacks, parking, drives, and any other elements the City will expect when they review civil drawings. Accuracy must be close enough for permitting.
• Landscape conceptual design – layout of planting beds, hardscapes, and tree placement that satisfies the city’s landscape ratios and screening rules. A planting legend is fine at this stage; final species can wait until later phases.
• 3D exterior renderings – at least two high-quality perspectives that clearly illustrate massing, materials, and how the proposed landscape ties into the architecture.
• Basic floor plan – focus on the office portion (walls, doors, restrooms, circulation paths). Exact interior finishes are not required right now; I mainly need spatial relationships and square footage callouts.
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings must reference Temple’s dimensional standards for building setbacks and landscape requirements.
2. CAD files (DWG or DFX) and PDFs delivered for the site plan and floor plan.
3. Renderings in high-resolution JPG or PNG plus the native model file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
4. One round of revisions included after my initial review.
