Complete Residential Plan Submission

I already have the architectural drawings drafted, but they are not yet sufficient for county review. What I still need is a full construction document set, a properly formatted site plan that follows the necessary setbacks (which I will supply), and a structural engineer’s stamp on the final plans.

Scope of work
• Convert my existing architectural sheets into a complete permit package: floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and any other sheets the county typically expects.
• Produce a site plan that matches the exact layout, scale, and notation standards outlined in the guideline packet I will share as soon as we start.
• Provide structural calculations, notes, and a signed structural cover sheet confirming code compliance.

Preferred workflow
I am comfortable if you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar BIM platform—whichever allows smooth coordination and clean PDF outputs. I will forward the .dwg/.rvt backups from my architect along with the county checklist so you can overlay comments and track revisions. We can touch base after each milestone so that the set evolves in line with any clarifications from the county desk.

Deliverables for county submission
1. Full PDF construction set, sheet-indexed and ready for upload/print
2. Structural calculation packet (PDF)
3. Engineer-signed cover sheet and structural pages

Once these three items pass an internal QA review, I will submit them to the county . Payment can be structured around the same milestones. If you see any code issues early on or believe additional disciplines (e.g., civil grading, MEP) might avoid red-tag comments, flag them—I’m open to adding scope to keep the permit process smooth.
