I’m planning a compact yet multifunctional development and need the entire concept translated into clear architectural documentation I can hand straight to builders and local authorities.
The site will host:
• Two self-contained short-term rental options (2- and 3-bed) with an open-plan core, backyard access through sliding doors, guest toilet and a separate laundry room.
• A ground-floor hall that welcomes visitors with a reception/office area, kitchen and dedicated storage.
• A recreation zone featuring a swimming pool and bar.
• A first-floor hall offering a master bedroom with balcony, two additional bedrooms, an open-plan living room (also with balcony access) and a laundry nook.
• A security post positioned at the main entrance for 24-hour monitoring.
What I need from you
1. Scaled site and floor plans that organise the above spaces efficiently, showing circulation, furniture suggestions and service cores.
2. Basic elevations and two or three viewpoints to communicate massing, façade treatment and how the sliding-door balconies tie into the pool and backyard areas.
3. A concise schedule of areas and room dimensions so I can cross-check against local building codes.
4. A short narrative or bubble diagram explaining the flow between public, semi-public and private zones—especially important for the rental units’ privacy.
Preferred file formats: layered PDF plus the native CAD or BIM file (AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or SketchUp are all fine).
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings align with the brief above, use a consistent scale and include north arrow, dimensions and legends.
• Every room is labelled and the sliding-door openings are clearly marked.
• Exported files open without missing fonts or layers.
If you have a portfolio that shows small-scale hospitality or mixed-use projects with outdoor amenities, that’s a strong plus. Let’s create a layout that feels inviting to guests while remaining practical and secure for day-to-day operations.
