Complete Project Brief Writing

I’m looking for a strategist-writer who can turn my scattered thoughts into a clear, actionable project brief that will help me improve an existing business or service. At the end of the engagement I want a polished document that any designer, developer, or marketer could pick up and run with—no follow-up calls needed.

To keep us both aligned, the brief must cover:

• Project Overview
• Goals & Objectives
• Target Audience (demographics, pain points, behaviors)
• Deliverables & Scope (what’s in and out)
• Brand & Style Guidelines
• Competitor Landscape and points of differentiation
• Timeline & Budget parameters (high-level milestones only)

Research, structure, and concise writing are more important to me than flashy visuals; an editable Google Doc or Word file is the preferred format so I can evolve it later. If you have a proven framework for discovery sessions or stakeholder interviews, let me know—otherwise I’m happy to supply raw notes and jump on a call to fill gaps quickly.
