Complete PHP Payment Gateway Platform

I need a Laravel-based payment gateway I can host on my own servers, fully equipped for UPI, bank transfer, and card processing at launch. The build should cover an admin console for risk, settlement, and commission rules, plus a merchant console that tracks every transaction through its wallet and ledger while offering automatic daily settlement.

Pay-in and Payout REST APIs must include UPI Intent links, dynamic QR generation, and real-time callbacks/webhooks. Resellers will be able to white-label the merchant panel, payment pages, and even the public APIs, so please keep branding layers cleanly separated in the code.
