Complete On-Prem DevOps Setup

I need an experienced DevOps professional (5 + years) to build out our entire on-premises infrastructure. The environment will revolve around Docker containers orchestrated with Kubernetes, with configuration management and repeatable provisioning handled through Ansible.

Here’s what I expect to be in place when we finish:

• End-to-end CI/CD pipeline that automatically builds, tests, and deploys our applications to the on-prem cluster.
• Centralised monitoring and logging stack that gives us real-time metrics, alerting, and searchable logs for every service and node.
• A security and compliance baseline baked into the cluster and pipeline: secrets management, role-based access, image-scanning, and audit trails.

I’ll provide server access, networking details, and existing repo links the moment we start. All configuration must be committed as code in a Git repository, and the final hand-off should include clear documentation and a short walkthrough so my internal team can operate and extend the setup confidently.
