Complete Office IFC Drawings

I am ready to move an approved office-building design into the “Issued for Construction” stage and need a full drawing package that covers the entire building. You will be working from my stamped design drawings and specifications and must develop every detail required for architecture, structure, and all building services so the contractor can break ground without further clarification.

Your work should translate the current intent into coordinated, fully dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and service schematics that meet local code and industry standards. I expect clear layer management, consistent annotation, and clash-free coordination among the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Native CAD/Revit files and plotted PDFs ready for immediate issue will be required.
