Complete MEP Design

We are seeking an experienced MEP engineering consultant to prepare comprehensive, coordinated and construction-ready MEP designs for a premium residential development.

The development comprises:

Apartment Building: 16 apartments comprising studio, one-bedroom (including den) and two-bedroom units, within a multi-storey building.

Townhouses: 4 identical, three-storey townhouses (Ground + 2), each comprising 4 ensuite bedrooms, living and dining areas, family lounge, office, kitchen, dirty kitchen, laundry and ancillary spaces.

Architectural, structural and preliminary MEP drawings are available.

Scope of Work

Electrical: Power distribution, lighting, sockets, cable sizing, DB schedules, single-line diagrams, earthing and low-voltage systems.

Mechanical/HVAC: Cooling load calculations, AC sizing and locations, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage and ventilation.

Plumbing: Hot/cold water supply, sanitary drainage, risers, water storage, pumps, septic tanks and soakaways.

Fire Protection: Fire detection, alarms, emergency lighting and applicable fire safety systems.

Coordination: Integration with architectural and structural designs.

Deliverables

Detailed MEP drawings in editable DWG and PDF.

Engineering calculations, equipment schedules and specifications.

Detailed Bills of Quantities in Excel.

Coordinated installation details.

Designs must comply with applicable recognized international engineering standards.

Proposal Requirements

Please provide relevant project experience, sample MEP drawings, proposed timeline, fixed-price quotation (preferably by discipline), professional qualifications and number of revisions included.

We require a complete engineering design service, not simply CAD drafting.

Shortlisted consultants will receive the project drawings for detailed review.
