Complete Gym Square Setup

I need my Square account configured from the ground up so clients can seamlessly book and pay for Personal Training Sessions and Group Classes. The goal is to have a single, polished system that handles:

• Service catalog: clear descriptions, pricing tiers, and duration for both personal training and group classes
• Booking flow: a blend of automated self-serve appointments with calendar sync, plus the flexibility for me to slot clients in manually when needed
• Online payments: card-on-file, Apple Pay, Google Pay—enabled for every service, with deposits or pay-in-full options
• Shareable links & website widgets: direct URLs I can text or email, and an embeddable booking section for my site so clients never leave the page
• Client communication: confirmation emails, reminder texts, and receipts branded with my gym’s logo and policies
• Reporting basics: quick snapshots of revenue per service so I can track what’s working

I already have the Square account and branding assets; what I lack is the technical setup and best-practice workflow. Once you’re done, a client should be able to:

1. Click a link on my site or in a message
2. Pick a service or class time
3. Pay online (or be flagged for in-person payment if I choose)
4. Receive immediate confirmation, while the appointment appears on my calendar
