I’m ready to bring a full-scale, Foodpanda / Zomato / Talabat-style service to a city of about 300 000 people and need the entire digital backbone built from the ground up. That means a customer-facing website plus native Android and iOS apps, alongside separate dashboards for restaurants, riders, and admins—all working together seamlessly.

The customer side must let users browse local restaurants, create orders, track them in real time, and pay by cash on delivery, card, or the most popular local mobile wallets. Restaurants need an intuitive panel to accept, update, and dispatch orders; riders require a live-tracking app with route guidance and status updates; and I need an admin console that ties everything together with analytics, menu management, and user controls.

Modern, scalable tech stacks—think React / Flutter / Kotlin / Swift, Node.js / Laravel / Django, Firebase / AWS—are welcome as long as the end result is fast, secure, and easy to maintain. Clean UI/UX is critical for adoption, and I’d like push notifications, SMS or email receipts, basic promo-code handling, and a straightforward onboarding flow for every user type.

Deliverables
• Customer web app and Android & iOS apps, production-ready
• Restaurant, rider, and admin dashboards with role-based access
• Integrated payment gateway covering cash, cards, and local wallets
• Deployment scripts plus documentation for future scaling and maintenance
• Post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor tweaks

If you’ve shipped a multi-stakeholder food or parcel delivery system before and can demonstrate solid code quality and reliable timelines, let’s talk about turning this concept into the city’s go-to delivery service.
