Complete Electronic Device Final Design

The concept and prototype of my electronic device are already proven; I now need the design frozen for manufacturing. That means tightening the schematic, optimising the PCB for production yields, selecting final components, and generating every file a contract manufacturer will ask for—Gerbers, pick-and-place, tested BOM, assembly drawings, and a clear set of test points.

A key requirement is graphics design: the device includes a small display and its on-screen interface must look polished, match my brand palette, and load from limited on-board memory without lag. If you are comfortable producing both the electronic documentation and the accompanying UI artwork (or seamlessly coordinating the two), we will be a perfect fit.

I will share the current KiCad files, mechanical envelope, and performance targets at project start. Your work is complete when the board passes DFM/DFT review, the graphics assets integrate without timing issues, and the package is ready for hand-off to the factory.
