I’m starting a dropshipping venture from a blank slate and would like a partner who can turn this idea into a revenue-ready operation. Product category is still open—we’ll review the numbers together and decide where the strongest demand and margins lie.

Here’s what I need you to drive:

• Market research: size the opportunity, spot gaps, and recommend the most promising niches.
• Supplier identification: vet and present reliable dropshipping suppliers (AliExpress, Alibaba, Spocket, etc.) with shipping times and pricing clearly outlined.
• Website creation: build a branded, conversion-optimized store (Shopify or equivalent) complete with product pages, payment gateway, basic SEO, and essential apps/plugin setup.

I don’t have a defined customer demographic yet, so your research should also highlight who we should target and why.
