Complete Dev Team Required ASAP

I’m standing up both a CRM web and mobile product at once and need a compact, senior-leaning team that can start immediately, collaborate remotely, and drive the build from architecture through production release.

Here is the line-up I’m looking to fill: one Technical Architect / senior‐level backend engineer, one React + Next.js front-end developer, one Node.js / NestJS services engineer, one React Native mobile developer, one UI/UX designer, and one DevOps / cloud engineer who is also comfortable acting as our DBA. The architecture will revolve around TypeScript across the stack, containerised micro-services, and a CI/CD pipeline targeting a major cloud provider.

The project must move quickly, so I’m aiming for people who are used to short sprints, test-driven code, and clear daily communication. If you can jump in, own your slice of the platform, and integrate cleanly with the rest of the team, you’ll fit right in.
