I want to hand the entire marketing, branding, online-visibility and business-development function of my staffing firm to a single proven expert or agency. The immediate mandate is to build – and then continuously optimise – a cohesive strategy that elevates our brand, wins the attention of large corporate employers, and positions us as the go-to staffing partner for manufacturing operations of every size and complexity.
What success looks like
• A refreshed, consistent brand identity that speaks directly to corporate decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
• A multi-channel marketing engine (website, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email, thought leadership, trade shows and PR) that generates a predictable flow of qualified employer leads.
• A data-driven business-development process that nurtures those leads through to signed MSAs, while simultaneously attracting high-quality candidates to fill the resulting requisitions.
• Clear KPIs, dashboards and reporting rhythms so I always know what’s working and where we should double down.
Key responsibilities
• Audit our current brand assets, digital footprint and sales collateral and deliver a gap-analysis within the first two weeks.
• Develop a 12-month integrated marketing plan covering messaging, content calendar, paid campaigns, social engagement and email nurture flows – all tailored to corporate manufacturing clients.
• Execute the plan end-to-end: creative, media buying, marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo or your preferred tool), landing-page optimisation, SEO/SEM and ongoing A/B testing.
• Partner closely with our sales leadership to align outreach sequences, account-based marketing and trade-show strategy so marketing and business-development efforts reinforce one another.
• Track and report weekly on lead volume, cost-per-lead, SQL conversion, placements generated and overall marketing ROI.
Acceptance criteria
1. Brand guideline deck approved by week 4.
2. Integrated campaign live by week 6 with baseline metrics benchmarked.
3. Minimum 20 qualified corporate manufacturing leads in the pipeline by the end of month 3.
4. Transparent dashboard with real-time performance data accessible to our leadership team.
If you have a track record of leading full-stack B2B marketing for staffing or HR services – especially where the target buyers are enterprise-level manufacturing organisations – I want to see your plan, past results and the tools you’ll bring to the table.
