Complete BNB Chain ICO Build

I’m launching a fundraising token on BNB Smart Chain to finance a new business, and I need the entire ICO infrastructure produced from scratch. The project covers three tightly-linked components:

• The BEP-20 token itself, including a well-audited smart contract with standard functions (mint, burn, pause, owner controls) and any sale or vesting logic we define.
• A clean, responsive website where prospective investors can create an account, pass KYC/AML (via an API you recommend), and purchase tokens directly with BNB or USDT. Wallet-connect support for MetaMask and Trust Wallet is essential.
• A professionally written whitepaper that explains the business model, tokenomics, roadmap, team, and detailed token sale plan, ready to present to both retail and angel investors.

For each area, please outline the tools or frameworks you intend to use (e.g., Hardhat vs Truffle for the contract, React or Next.js for the site, preferred audit process, etc.) and a realistic timeline with milestones for hand-off and testing. Final deliverables should compile, deploy, and run on BSC testnet first, then mainnet once we sign off. Source files, deployment scripts, design assets, and editable whitepaper documents (Word or Google Docs) must all be included.
