Complete Amazon Book Setup

I have a finished non-fiction guide ready to sell, but the Amazon side is still a mess. My immediate priority is the hardcover edition. I need the manuscript condensed and reformatted so the page count drops and printing costs come down, then laid out to KDP specs with a properly sized jacket that looks sharp on every trim size. Once it passes the KDP previewer and the hardcover listing is approved, I want that same attention given to the paperback—interior formatting, cover adjustment, category selection, pricing, and a clean upload that ends with an active Buy button.

When both formats are live please double-check that royalties are routing to my bank, and set up a small Sponsored Products campaign so the book starts getting visibility straight away. I can supply the raw Word file, current (oversized) PDF, and draft cover images; you fine-tune, export, and push everything through the Amazon dashboard.
