Complete 550 sq ft Vinyl Flooring

I’m ready to replace 550 sq ft of old carpet with glue-free click-lock vinyl plank, and I already have every supply on site: planks, foam underlayment, matching transition strips, and finishing nails. What I need is your skilled labor from start to finish.

Scope of work
• Move furniture consisting of 2 couches, 1 bunk bed, 1 king bed.
• Pull up and dispose of existing carpet and pad.
• Inspect the plywood subfloor, address any squeaks or high/low spots, then vacuum it clean.
• Roll out the foam underlayment smoothly with tight seams.
• Lay the vinyl planks in a straight, consistent pattern, keeping expansion gaps to spec.
• Reinstall or replace baseboards and shoe molding so the trim matches the current profile perfectly.
• Fit transitions at doorways and leave the area broom-clean.

Completion will be accepted once the floor is flat, boards are locked with no gaps or lift, trim sits flush and unscarred, and all debris is removed from the property. Pictures of furniture needing to be moved as well as floorplan with measurements are attached.
