PROJECT: Complete Existing Kingdom Smoke Shopify Store + Cigar & Coffee Matching Guide
Seeking an experienced Shopify designer/developer to complete and polish our EXISTING Kingdom Smoke website. This is an upgrade, not a new store.
BRAND
Premium cigars, paired coffees, apparel and community. Refined black/gold styling, strong storytelling and excellent mobile usability.
Brand lines: “Carry the Torch, Leave Your Mark” and “Pull Up a Chair.”
FIRM BUDGET
Maximum freelancer payment: $250 USD TOTAL for the entire scope below. This is the FULL project price, not $250 added to another $100. Freelancer platform fees are budgeted separately. Only bid if you can complete every listed requirement within $250. Confirm this in your proposal and disclose any exclusions before award. No additional charges or paid apps without prior written approval.
1. NINE CIGARS
Retain the three existing cigars: Kingdom Smoke, The Hoosier and The Resolve.
Add SIX: WORD IS BOND, CONSORTE, DUES and three manufacturer selections with names pending.
Create consistent pages using our supplied stories, images, blend specifications, sizes, strengths and tasting notes.
Use clearly labeled Coming Soon placeholders while details are pending. Include one later update of all nine listings with finalized manufacturer details and approved assets. Do not invent specifications.
Prepare approved 3-, 5- and 10-pack options where applicable; confirm the exact pack structure before implementation.
No cigar purchasing or preorders until owner approval.
2. NINE MATCHING COFFEES
Retain Prophetic, 812 and Quiet Reserve. Add six individually named coffees for nine total, each paired with one cigar.
We supply names, artwork, descriptions, prices and supplier mappings as finalized.
Create consistent pages, Whole Bean/Ground options where supported, and links between paired cigars and coffees.
Preserve existing fulfillment connections. Disclose any missing integration or separate integration work before award; do not assume working fulfillment without testing.
3. INTERACTIVE CIGAR/COFFEE GUIDE
Build a mobile-friendly “Find Your Match” questionnaire covering experience, preferred strength and flavor preferences.
Recommend a suitable cigar and its paired coffee, with a short explanation and product links.
Use owner/manufacturer-approved matching rules. This is a preference guide, not an AI chatbot.
Make questions and matching rules editable. Pending products must remain labeled Coming Soon.
Include configuration using finalized approved product details.
4. INTERVIEWS AND CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
Create or finish an interview section supporting three initial short video previews linking to full Kingdom Smoke YouTube interviews.
We supply videos and links; filming/editing are excluded.
Create or finish a customer testimonial section and submission form. Owner must approve submissions before publication. No fabricated reviews.
If content is pending, provide editable sections and one later content population pass.
Inspect existing sections first and reuse suitable work.
5. APPAREL AND TUMBLER
Limit featured merchandise to four approved shirt designs and one tumbler.
Check existing listings and Printful connections; correct supplied mockups, variants, prices and navigation.
Archive unwanted merchandise only after owner approval.
New artwork creation is excluded.
6. TORCH COLLECTION BUNDLE
Create a Coming Soon section for a bundle containing three cigars, branded torch and cutter.
Add “Join the VIP Waitlist,” connect signup to the store’s customer/email list, and test it.
No payments or preorders. Torch and cutter are bundle-only.
7. FINAL POLISH, TESTING AND HANDOVER
Remove duplicate sections, fix broken links/buttons, improve navigation and maintain consistent premium styling.
Check phone, tablet and desktop layouts.
Preserve policy pages and the existing 21+ notice.
Test available-product cart/checkout paths, product options, forms, waitlist and video links. Owner pays approved test-order costs.
Work on a duplicate theme; publish only after owner approval.
Provide a short walkthrough showing how to update products, matching rules, videos and testimonials.

Include two consolidated revision rounds and 14 days of fixes for delivered functionality after final handover.
