Company Website Development

This project is for website development only. We will provide the approved design, written content, logo, images and brand guidelines. No new visual design or content writing is required. Your role is to build the website according to these materials and make it work properly on desktop, tablet and mobile.

I’m looking for a developer to update my company website using an approved design.

I will provide a handover package containing the approved design PDF, logo, images, colour codes, font references, website text and four company profiles. Please review it before quoting. The design is already approved, so any changes require my approval.

Website scope: 14 pages

Home, About, Automotive, Logistics, Metal Trading, Foodstuff Supply, Transportation, Supply Chain, Network, Warehousing, Industries, Sustainability, Company Profiles and Contact Us.

The design PDF contains 24 sheets because some website pages continue across several sheets, and it includes mobile examples.

What I need:

- Closely follow the approved layout, colours, typography, images and spacing.
- Make all pages work properly on desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Add the Automotive sector and organise the homepage around our four sectors.
- Add the relevant downloadable PDF to each sector page, plus all four PDFs on the Company Profiles page.
- Build a working enquiry form with sector selection, validation, spam protection and tested email delivery.
- Provide an easy editor so we can update text, photos, contact details and PDF profiles ourselves.
- Include image optimisation, basic SEO setup and redirects where existing page addresses change.
- Test all navigation, links, downloads and forms before launch.

Please build a private preview while keeping our current website live. Do not publish until I approve it. Our domain and company email must remain unchanged.

This is an English company website. Online payments, booking systems and a vehicle inventory database are outside this scope.

Please include in your quotation:

1. Fixed total price and payment milestones.
2. Proposed platform and whether you recommend updating or rebuilding the current site.
3. Delivery timeline and included revision rounds.
4. Any separate or recurring hosting, plugin, font or maintenance costs.
5. Support period after launch.
6. Source files, administrator access and a short guide for updating the website.
7. Any exclusions or information needed before confirming your price.
