Company Site & Admin Build

I already have a detailed test website online. I now need a developer-designer or agency who can turn that prototype into a polished, fully functional company site that presents our information and services clearly.

Your job is to use the current test version as a blueprint, refine its look and feel, enhance any missing or weak features, and deploy everything on a live domain with a secure administration area. Through that admin panel I want to update page text, images, service descriptions, team profiles and future news items without touching code.

Deliverables:
• Responsive public-facing site matching (and improving upon) the existing test build
• Custom or CMS-based admin platform for easy content management
• Migration of all current content plus any design upgrades you suggest
• Launch on our hosting, basic SEO setup and hand-off documentation

Requirements:
• Freelancer or agency with at least 5 years of experience in both programming and design
• Proven track record of similar past projects (portfolio required)
• High-end design approach reflecting discretion and innovation in real estate systems
• Preference for candidates based in Europe, US, or Canada
