Small Gym Design Project – 30 × 50 ft Plot
Project Description
I am looking for a freelancer to design a small, simple, and functional gym on a 30 ft × 50 ft plot (1,500 sq ft).
The design should be practical, modern, and suitable for a small/local gym.
Requirements
The project should include:
Simple 2D floor plan
Reception area
Main workout area
Cardio area
Weight-training area
Small changing room
Toilet
Basic storage area
Equipment placement
Basic lighting and ventilation planning
Deliverables
Dimensioned 2D floor plan
Basic furniture/equipment layout
One simple 3D interior view
Basic front elevation
PDF and editable CAD file
Plot Size
30 ft × 50 ft = 1,500 sq ft
The designer should focus on maximum use of space, simple construction, and a clean modern gym appearance.
Freelancer Requirements
Basic experience in architectural/interior design
AutoCAD/SketchUp or similar software
Ability to complete a small project within a reasonable budget
Previous work samples are preferred
Budget: Small/entry-level project — freelancer may quote their reasonable price.
Expected timeline: 3–5 days.
