Community Pharmacy Dispensing Pharmacist -- 2

I operate a high-volume community pharmacy and need a licensed pharmacist who can focus exclusively on the safe, accurate dispensing of prescription medications. Your day will center on interpreting electronic and written prescriptions, performing clinical and legal checks, entering data into our pharmacy management system (we currently use PioneerRx), printing and affixing labels, and handing the finished product to the technician team for bagging.

Regulatory compliance is critical, so I’ll rely on you to maintain all required logs, double-check DEA-scheduled items, and document any clarifications with prescribers. Speed matters, but precision comes first—zero dispensing errors is the standard.

The scope stops at dispensing; counseling and broader medication-management programs are handled by another staff member, so you can devote your full attention to workflow accuracy and throughput. Shifts are flexible, Monday through Saturday, with immediate start once credentials and state board license are verified.

Deliverable: every prescription leaving the pharmacy correctly filled, documented, and ready for pick-up within the promised time window.
