We are looking for 5 Freelance Community Outreach & Partnerships Executives to represent Maa Nest Private Limited across Whitefield, Hoodi, Varthur and Panathur, Bengaluru.
**About Maa Nest**
Maa Nest is an app-based home-care platform connecting families with verified professionals for Childcare, Eldercare and Physiotherapy services at home.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Identify 30–55 large gated communities and residential apartments in assigned areas.
- Find and connect with RWA presidents, association secretaries, management committees and facility managers.
- Make calls, conduct field visits and arrange meetings with apartment associations.
- Introduce Maa Nest and present our home-care services.
- Explore promotional partnerships through apartment WhatsApp groups, notice boards, community events and resident announcements.
- Maintain a database of contacts, meetings, follow-ups and partnership opportunities.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
**Priority Locations**
Whitefield, Hoodi, Varthur and Panathur.
Target communities include Prestige Shantiniketan, Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Brigade Cosmopolis, Sobha Dream Acres, Sumadhura communities and other major residential societies.
**Four-Week Pilot Targets**
- Week 1: Identify and contact 30 communities.
- Week 2: Arrange 8–10 RWA/MC meetings.
- Week 3: Arrange another 8–10 meetings and follow up.
- Week 4: Complete follow-ups and submit partnership reports.
Overall objective: Build a pipeline of 30+ communities and work towards 20–30 association meetings over four weeks.
**Requirements**
- Experience in field sales, business development, community outreach or partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
- Ability to travel independently across assigned locations.
- English and Kannada proficiency preferred.
**Engagement & Compensation**
- Freelance, field-based engagement.
- Four-week pilot project.
- Flexible schedule with measurable deliverables.
- Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed deliverables.
