I'm seeking a detailed site plan for renovating a shed into a community gym. The site plan should be comprehensive and include:

- Landscaping around the shed
- Overall site plan

The renovated shed will primarily serve as a community gym, with a dedicated group exercise room, and two side extension for toilets, storage and change rooms.
