I’m creating a mobile-first platform that helps people discover, create, and join real-world or virtual communities and events. Users should be able to register quickly, browse interest-based groups, host or RSVP to events, and receive tailored recommendations. A clean web version will mirror the core experience to widen reach.

I need a small but capable team that can guide the product from UX wireframes through production release. The scope covers:

• Product discovery and clear MVP definition
• UI/UX design for iOS, Android, and responsive web
• Cross-platform front-end (React Native or Flutter preferred)
• Secure back-end with scalable real-time data (Node.js, Firebase, or similar)
• Core features: profile management, group & event creation, search/filtering, RSVP/attendance tracking, push notifications, basic analytics, and an admin dashboard
• End-to-end testing, deployment, and a short knowledge-transfer session

Acceptance criteria:
1. A working MVP published to App Store, Google Play, and a live web domain.
2. Smooth sign-up flow (social login included) completing in under 30 seconds on 4G.
3. Creation, discovery, and joining of events validated in usability tests with 90 % task-completion rate.
4. Server response times below 300 ms for core endpoints under projected launch load.
