When a referred prospect signs an engagement, you receive an agreed percentage of the project value, paid immediately on the first invoice.

• Deal support until contract signature—normally a short technical Q&A and timeline clarification
• Basic lead details (company name, contact, need summary) recorded in my shared sheet or CRM

Acceptance criteria
1. Lead operates in Retail and expresses a concrete CRM pain point or project.
2. Decision-maker attends an initial scoping call with me.
3. Contract closes within 90 days of introduction.
