# Sales Representative & Cold Outreach Specialist — Commission-Based
I'm looking for an experienced sales representative to work with me long-term and bring in new clients for my short-form video editing services.
### Responsibilities
- Find content creators on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify creators who need professional Reels and short-form video editing.
- Conduct personalized cold outreach, present my services, and follow up with prospects.
- Handle sales conversations, negotiate, and close deals until the client makes their first payment.
- Focus on attracting clients whose needs and expectations match the quality of my editing work.
### Commission
- **20%–30% commission** on the first payment collected from every new client you personally bring in and close.
- The exact percentage will depend on the deal and will be agreed upon beforehand.
- No fixed salary. Your earnings depend on the clients you successfully acquire and close.
- This is intended to be an ongoing, long-term collaboration.
### How We’ll Start
Once I select a suitable candidate, I’ll share my portfolio so you can review my editing quality and understand the type of clients we should target. We can then start immediately.
The initial focus will be on free, organic outreach methods. Paid ads or subscriptions are not part of the initial plan unless agreed upon.
### Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, cold outreach, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to find suitable prospects and manage the entire sales process independently.
- Experience working with content creators or selling creative services is a plus.
