Commission-Only Sales Agents / Call Center – Luxury Handmade Rugs (Native-Level English)

World Market Rugs (worldmarketrugs.com) is a luxury supplier of handmade rugs, including authentic Persian rugs. We are looking for experienced outbound sales agents or small call centers to work with us on a 100% commission-only basis.
What you will do:
Call interior designers, architects, hotels, yacht designers and high-end homeowners
Present our collection professionally and book live video viewings of rugs with our CEO
Follow up with interested clients
Compensation:
21% commission on every completed sale
Commission is calculated on the actual sale amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping and taxes
A sale is considered completed only when the customer has paid in full, the payment has cleared, and the 30-day return period has passed without a return
No cap on earnings
This is commission-only: no hourly rate, salary or upfront payment

Requirements:
