I have just opened an online store and I am ready to hand the entire growth engine to a marketer who is confident enough to work on a pure commission basis. Every dollar you earn will come directly from the sales you generate, so our interests are perfectly aligned.
Scope of promotion
• Channel freedom: I can grant you full access to run social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), Google Search & Shopping campaigns, plus email blasts and influencer collaborations.
• Product focus: please concentrate your campaigns on my highest-profit items; I will share the exact SKUs, margins and creative assets once we start.
What I need from you
1. A clear launch plan outlining audiences, creative angles and projected ROAS.
2. All campaign builds and daily optimisation inside the approved platforms.
3. Proper tracking: unique UTM links, pixels and coupon codes so every sale you drive is traceable in my store’s dashboard.
4. Ongoing reporting each week summarising spend (if any), clicks, conversions and earned commission.
Commission structure
Payment is released only after each verified sale hits my backend. We’ll document the percentage split in writing before the first ad goes live so there is no confusion. There is no cap—scale as far as you can while remaining profitable.
If you have a proven record of driving sales for e-commerce brands and are comfortable front-loading the effort in exchange for uncapped upside, let’s talk.
