OwnerFlight gets home care agencies new clients. We are seating full-cycle sales partners for our English-speaking lane — you run the whole production: cold outreach, conversations, booking, and the close. No hand-offs.
THE DEAL, UP FRONT: 100% commission. No base pay, no hourly — do not apply if you need either. You earn on money actually collected from clients you close: 20% on weekly sales 1-2, 30% on sales 3-4, 35% from the 5th sale onward. Annual contracts pay a flat 25% — that is $2,000 on an $8,000 annual. Paid the same day the client's money lands.
THE WORK: we supply the markets, the data (2,716 agencies tracked across 22 states), the offer, your tracked checkout links, and all fulfillment. You bring the grind: open conversations with agency owners, work every reply, book and run your own closing calls, close. Names you register are locked to you for 30 days.
