Commission-Only Design Sales Rep

I run a U.S.–based creative agency and need a driven closer who can win new work on a pure-commission basis. Your primary mission is to introduce our branding, logo, and graphic-design packages to growing online businesses across the United States, guide them through our process, and secure signed projects.

I will supply case studies, portfolio links, price sheets, and a lightweight CRM so you can track conversations. You concentrate on prospecting, pitching, and closing; once a contract is signed my production team takes over and you collect your percentage at each paid milestone.

Because compensation is 100 % variable, I am looking for someone whose application highlights relevant sales experience—especially anything in design, SaaS, or other digital services—and a proven record of earning on commission. If you already have contacts among Shopify, Amazon, or DTC storefront owners, you will ramp up fast.

Day to day you will:
• Identify and reach out to online businesses that have moved beyond the “side-hustle” phase but still lack cohesive branding.
• Hold discovery calls, refine scope with our internal designers, and issue proposals.
• Push deals to close and hand off clean briefs to production.

All prospects and revenue must originate in the U.S. I’m flexible on the tools you use—as long as you hit agreed-upon revenue targets, communicate progress weekly, and log activity in the shared CRM.
