2. The Operational Side: During phone downtime, managing backend systems—cleaning the agent's CRM, organizing lead tags, and structuring email marketing workflows.
The Position:
We are practicing absolute transparency: we are a lean, high-ticket startup agency scaling our initial territory footprint with zero fixed overhead. We are seeking a fearless, highly disciplined Outbound Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to join our front-end sales team.
Your single responsibility is to pull real estate agent contact rosters from public local brokerage directories and conduct targeted outbound cold email or phone prospecting campaigns. Your sole objective is to introduce our premium dual-hat framework and book interested brokers into a 30-minute "Operations & Strategy Consultation" on our shared calendar. Once booked, our corporate closing team handles the diagnostic presentation and secures the high-ticket contract.

Compensation & Milestones (100% Commission-Only):
Because we are building from the ground up, this is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base hourly salary. We offer aggressive, uncapped high-ticket splits paid out immediately as soon as client funds clear our corporate business account:
• Tier 1 Closed Contract Payout: $400 flat commission per client closed from your calendar lead. (Triggered when client pays our $1,495 Setup + $2,500 Retainer package).
• Tier 2 Closed Contract Payout: $600 flat commission per client closed from your calendar lead. (Triggered when client pays our $2,495 Setup + $4,000 Retainer package).
Requirements:
- Absolute comfort executing direct cold B2B outreach and managing a sales pipeline.
- Exceptional, articulate verbal and written English communication habits.
- Highly organized self-management skills to run an independent daily workflow.
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet layout.
