I manage a growing mix of residential and commercial interior jobs in and around Thrissur and now need a senior-level female coordinator who will be paid purely on a commission basis tied to each project’s value.

Your core focus will be to own every stage from client brief to hand-over, keeping designers, vendors, and site teams aligned while ensuring the numbers stay healthy.

Key responsibilities
• Client communication – schedule visits, record requirements, issue progress updates
• Overseeing design implementation – translate drawings into actionable site tasks, track quality and timelines on-site
• Budget management – monitor spend against the agreed estimate, flag variances early and secure client approvals

You will work on multiple sites at once, so proven experience juggling several interior fit-outs, strong vendor networks in Thrissur, and the confidence to take decisions independently are must-haves.
