Commission-Driven Client Acquisition Caller

I need a self-starting sales professional who can turn raw data into paying customers. Your day will begin by scraping and compiling fresh lead lists, then moving straight into 30–40 focused cold calls aimed at retail and local shops, restaurants, hotels, real-estate firms, construction companies, salons & beauty studios, fitness centers, schools, healthcare providers, automotive businesses, small enterprises and e-commerce brands.

The goal on every call is simple: introduce our services, qualify interest, and push qualified prospects toward conversion. When a prospect shows intent, you’ll nurture the relationship with timely follow-ups until the deal closes. Throughout the process you’ll keep our lead sheet or CRM updated so I can see real-time progress.

Compensation is performance-oriented: ₹1,000 fixed each month plus a 10 % commission on every client who signs. That commission has no cap, so the more deals you bring in, the higher your earnings climb.

Deliverables I expect:
• A clean, growing lead spreadsheet with contact details and industry tags
• Daily notes on calls made, outcomes, and next steps
• Weekly summary of conversions so we can release commissions quickly
