Freelance Sales Agent / Business Development Partner - Commission Only
Ecaterina DEV is looking for a motivated freelance sales agent to help us connect with businesses that need professional websites or eCommerce solutions.
This is an independent, commission-based collaboration. There is no fixed salary.
What you'll be doing:
- Research and identify businesses that could benefit from a new or improved website.
- Find and contact potential clients.
- Understand their needs, expectations and project requirements.
- Present our services and help clients choose the right solution.
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients.
- Coordinate communication between the client and Ecaterina DEV throughout the project.
- Follow up on agreed payments and keep the client informed about payment deadlines.
What we offer:
- 30% commission on payments actually received from clients you bring in.
- Website development projects starting at €300.
- eCommerce projects starting at €600.
- A flexible, remote collaboration.
- No fixed working schedule.
What we're looking for:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and organised approach.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them accurately.
- Professional follow-up and relationship management.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or digital services is an advantage.
- English or Romanian communication skills, depending on your target market.
Important:
We are looking for someone interested in building genuine business relationships, not simply collecting leads.
Client satisfaction, accurate communication and professional conduct are essential. You will remain involved in the client relationship throughout the project, helping ensure that expectations are clear and communication runs smoothly.
