Commission-Based Sales Appointment Closer

I run a growing marketing agency and want a driven closer who can both book and seal sales meetings for our own marketing services. Your focus will be on securing qualified sales-ready appointments and converting them into paying clients, all on a commission-only structure—so the more you close, the more you earn.

You’ll be free to use a healthy mix of phone calls, personalised emails and social media outreach. I’ll supply target profiles, case studies, and a proven offer; you bring the persistence, persuasive follow-ups and tight pipeline management needed to keep my calendar full.

Deliverables
• Minimum of X qualified sales meetings per week (we’ll set the exact quota together).
• Accurate call, email and social touchpoint logs inside our CRM.
• Signed service agreements and first invoices issued to closed accounts.

Acceptance Criteria
An appointment counts as qualified when the prospect fits the agreed ICP, attends the call on time and has budget authority. A deal is considered closed when the contract is signed and payment processed.
