Commission-Based Instagram & LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

I run a UK-based referral business partnered with a Dubai real estate brokerage.

This is NOT a cold-calling or traditional sales role. I am looking for someone experienced in prospect research and personalised social-media outreach, primarily Instagram and potentially LinkedIn. The focus is on identifying high-quality prospects and generating genuine replies, not mass-messaging random profiles or closing property sales.

Your role will include:

• Identifying suitable prospective property investors and high-value referral partners, such as:
- HNW individuals/investors interested in Dubai property
- Entrepreneurs/business owners with investment capacity
- Property investors
- Well-connected individuals who may become referral partners
• Researching and selecting prospects carefully rather than relying on volume-based outreach
• Personalising outreach messages based on the person/profile
• Testing and improving messaging strategies to increase response rates
• Following up professionally to maintain engagement
• Focusing on generating genuine replies and interest from prospects
• Handing over interested prospects to me for further steps
• Keeping outreach efforts organised in our CRM system

Compensation is commission-only. You will receive an agreed percentage of my commission when a buyer originating from your outreach successfully completes a qualifying property transaction, and I receive my commission.
